About Me

On paper, I began my design career while studying Interactive Multimedia Design at the University of Ulster, Jordanstown, but in theory I have always been a designer at heart since my early years of school. Art was always my favourite subject and I enjoyed the freedom I had when staring at a blank piece of paper or computer. This inspired my selection of college course, where I learned the key principles of web design and also the fundamental elements of web development. Designing and developing usable, accessible and good looking websites has since become my passion. Since moving to Dublin, I have worked in some high-end digital agencies and got to work on some of Ireland's leading brands. I now have 3 years working in the industry since college and I feel I have come a long way. My skillset now includes (X)HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Flash, Director, Illustrator, Javascript, PHP and Content Management Systems such as Wordpress and Mambo.

When I'm not developing web sites, I spend my time playing football in Dublin, listening to music, watching movies and generally enjoying life! I love travelling and have recently visited Italy, USA, Spain and France. In the future, I would love to visit more of America and also Australia, New Zealand and Figi.
